essay 4 ~A memorable day in your life~
My memorable day in my life is 16 March, 2007. I was in Australia. It was the last day to stay there. I had a barbecue party with my classmates. My friend lent a hotel hole and prepared the party for me and my friend who came here from Japan with me. After our class, we met a front of our college and rode in tram. It was 6 o’clock in the evening. A Japanese boy, Atsushi, said, “I must go back home. There will be no bus so I will not be able to go home.” I was very sad because it was last day to meet him. He lives in Gunma in Japan. We can not meet easily in Japan. I cried. But we said good bye with smiles. After that, we walked and arrived at the hotel. My friend, Assam who is from Saudi Arabia, already burned meats for us. He is 19 years old, same to me. First of all, I didn’t like him because he is assertive and he didn’t listen what I said. But I understood it is his countries character. He talked while our classes. Japanese don’t say. He is very kind to anyone. He likes to take pictures so my digital camera keeps his photos. Now he is my good friend.
The party started!!! We ate many food especially meats and took pictures!! Everyone knew that my friend and I would go back to Japan. They said it was sad and pity. Our hearts were same feeling. Sure, I wanted to go back to Japan and meet my family and friends, but I didn’t want to separate them. I really enjoyed the party. We had dance party. There was a pole. The view was wonderful. At night, water was brilliant. It came the time we might go back to home. We walked and rode tram again. My friends got down one after another. Everyone kissed and held me. I really moved. Finally, a Japanese man, Koji, and I stayed behind the others. He passed his station and kept staying with me. He was very kind!!! I was really happy and sad. I didn’t want to say good bye… I got down the tram and said “see you again”. I walked to my home along. Koji will come back to Japan soon.
I will never forget the day. I am glad to see them. In the future, I want to visit them counties and meet them.
